The Board members are Joakim B.W. Bergman (Chairman) and Paul Gilding (Treasurer), both of whom serve in an honorary capacity and receive no remuneration for their roles.
We also have a US-based Changing Markets Foundation, to facilitate our work with US based NGOs. The US Foundation is registered as a Public Charity with 501(c)3 status (registered office in New York).
